We had a fabulous time in St. Thomas. Your place is incredible and we felt like we lived in luxury!!! Silly as it may sound, we absolutely loved having such a large closed in porch off the condo to ourselves. The two tables, padded chairs and grill were really condusive for us to make and eat our meals, outside but still have privacy. In addition, we played card games every evening on the patio.
The grounds around the condos were beautiful and are very well taken care of. However, I think the most incredible part for us was that we had are own private beach just steps from the condo. We did alot of snorkeling and swimming and it was so nice to have our own private place versus going over to Coki Point. Thank You! We would highly recommend you place to all! 10+

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Absolute Paradise Villas. First of all, the accommodations were very appealing when we first arrived. There were eight of us and everyone felt very comfortable in their separate little suites. We found the kitchen to be fully equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. The extra large courtyard was great to relax in. We barbecued a few times. The beach was a little disappointing because most of the area was closed. We did go down the road to Coki Beach. That was lovely. It is a pretty, quite villa. All and all we had a great time. The weather was perfect. The maid service was excellent. Carmen was always available for towels, directions, etc. Also, Rebecca called a few times to make sure everything was ok. St. Thomas is a beautiful place to visit. We hope everyone who stays here enjoys it as much as we did.

I spent 6 days here, at Absolute Paradise Villas with Rebecca. This is a beautiful island. She was a great tour guide. We hopped over to St. John one day and took a tour to Virgin Gorda & Norman Island on another day. The trip on Limnos is one I’ll never forget. A wonderful day! We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Absolute Paradise Villas with our three sons and their wives. The layout in the villas was perfect for our needs and Rebecca was very accommodating to our staggered arrival and departure schedules. The view of Smith Bay from Pineapple Beach is spectacular – however it isn’t the best for swimming. Luckily, Coki Beach is only a five minute walk from the villa and that was great for snorkeling and swimming. The food and drinks were good there, too, and the people were friendly. We learned a lot from the long term residents of the villas, like how to ride the $1 safari into red hook-good restaurants, food stores, etc. It was easy access to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. We had two rental cars, so we could travel all around the island and all over St. John, too. The car ferry costs about the same as the passenger ferry if you have four people. Once the hotel is operational, the area will be enhanced-however, if you don’t mind the abandoned properties-you can have an excellent vacation.

We stayed at the Absolute Paradise Villas for 3 days from July 23- 26, 2007 and had a wonderful time. Two families (8 people) took over the entire villa and we felt like we were at home for those 3 days. We found the villa on the internet while doing a search on Villas to rent in St. Thomas. All communication was done by email and everything we expected was as per our communications. No surprises which is nice when you are booking a trip from Calgary to the Caribbean!!
The location was quiet, with hardly anyone on site since the Renaissance Grand Beach Resort beside the villa has been closed for a few years. I understand that Wyndham Resorts has purchased the hotel and will turn it into timeshares. This will add to the appeal of Absolute Paradise Villa since money will pour into the location to update the beach and surrounding area.
Our kids played in the pool every day and night and had a ball. The patio set up was great to eat out on for dinner each night and the window that opens up from the kitchen out to the BBQ was very convenient for serving and conversation during meals. I would certainly recommend that anyone consider the Absolute Paradise Villas for your St. Thomas vacation. We really felt at home.

“We stayed at Absolute Paradise Villas March 1 thru March 8 2007. It was wonderful! They have a nice pool. The hotel is closed that surrounds the villas. That was even better. There were no crowds. We practically had the pool and the beach to ourselves. Colleen is wonderful. Carmen the maid is great. We had a great time there and are planning another trip. We wouldn’t stay any where else. The villa is very neat, clean, comfortable, great furniture, beds, pillows. We can’t wait to return. Definitely worth the stay. We rate this place a 10!”

We've been back now about two weeks from our stay at Absolute Paradise Villas and not a day goes by that my wife and I don't spend a measure of time talking about how beautiful it is there. As with any first time visit things are never exactly how you imagine them to be , no matter how many pictures you look at or people you talk to, it's always slightly different. Absolute Paradise was better than we'd dreamed.
The villa is located next to The Grand Beach Palace Resort which is currently closed and for sale which, as it turned out, was a huge plus. No crowds, you could walk around all day and maybe meet one or two people at the pool , we had the whole beach area literally to ourselves.
We stayed for five days and only ventured into Redhook twice, once for food supplies and then again to visit the numerous shops. We honestly couldn't wait to get back to our villa. As I mentioned, the closed resort was directly across the parking area off of our patio and we truly had the impression of having the entire island to ourselves, having just the right amount of people around for the perfect vacation.
The people…were do you start? Our housekeeper Carmen was such an incredibly charming woman. I had the pleasure of also meeting her husband Jahson who as it happens to be, is a Reggie artist and a very good one at that. There's a remarkable little bar/restaurant just around the beach called Fungi's that added the perfect touch to our evenings. Henry the bartender, was a joy to meet and talk to and what a character with the tourists.
The two young men that run the parasailing boat came right up to the bar to pick us up and after flying around at 600 feet above the island landed us right back to the same bar stools. Don't know if I'd try that again, but I'm glad my teenage son and I did it then. Nothing like dangling that high up in the air to create a special bonding moment (you’d have to have been there.)
Coki Beach was a short walk away and the snorkeling was amazing. Fish everywhere and some of the locals we met and got to talk to were ....how can I put this...the entire experience was simply enchanting. I've never been anywhere that was so much like ...well Absolute Paradise.
Quite frankly, if you’re one of those people that need constant pampering, maybe somewhere else is to your taste. If you enjoy the feeling of being a castaway in paradise with just the right amount of everything and everyone you need in a short distance, then Absolute Paradise is a must experience.
As for the villa itself, it has everything you'd need, everything. We bought a few bottles of wine in town and I thought ahh, better get a wine opener, didn't need it. Colleen had two of them in the kitchen. The villa was better equipped than a lot of homes I've been in. All you need to bring is every trouble in your mind you want to get rid of, a good attitude, and enough time to enjoy one of the greatest places God ever created.

"We just wanted to let you know that we loved our stay in our Absolute Paradise Villa. We chose your villas because we didn't want to be in a hotel that looked like a typical hotel in any given town. Your beautiful villa definitely delivered. It was great coming back to each night and waking up in a beautiful, relaxing, beach-colored room. We also loved that Coki beach was within a very short walking distance from our room, as that is really the best beach on the island, in our opinion, and we went to many. It was the only beach we went to where you could go out ten feet and snorkel! Even without snorkeling, while standing in waist deep water, many colorful fish swam right around me and ate from my hand! It was incredible.
Scotland was very nice and great to have on hand to drive us anywhere, although we didn't use his services much as we rented a scooter.
It was a great vacation, mostly attributed to our stay at your beautiful villa. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!"
